Against all the odds the brothers today celebrated their first birthday together despite one having spent almost a year in hospital.
Health complications have meant one-year-old Tarun Chungh weighs just 11 pounds - while his sibling, Kian, is 20 pounds.
The pair were delivered by emergency caesarean in July last year at 33 weeks after a 32 week scan revealed Tarun was dangerously ill.
Weighing just 3lbs 5oz, the tiny tot was was whisked away immediately after the birth at the Princess Anne Hospital, in Southampton, Hants.

Holes had appeared in his lymphatic system, meaning his lungs continued to fill up with fluid.
And his condition was so serious, his devastated parents Tracey and Joga, who also have a daughter, Tia, four, were told he would not survive.
But against the odds they finally have their son back at their home in Southampton.
And Tarun has been reunited with his brother just in time to celebrate their first birthday July 27.
