Haba!!! All because she stole a phone? Lets remember that we are all sinners and therefore, we should restrain ourselves from becoming a god or gods by carrying out punishments to people that we think/believe we are better than. That was definately not neccessary jor.I am not saying what she did was right but lets not cast stones to our fellow human beings.
