Ramsey Nouah Escapes Death in Ghana
The actor crash-landed on a concrete floor when he fell from a building whilst trying a stunt on a movie set in Kumasi. Though official medical reports are not yet available, it is feared the actor might have suffered internal bleeding as he reportedly complained of acute waist pains while medics attended to his blood-filled mouth.
The accident attracted crew members and director Kobi Rana, who immediately rushed to his side for fear of the unexpected.

Ferdinand Sparks White House Security Alert
The Manchester United and England defender published several photos of a visit to Barack Obama's presidential home, taken on the club's pre-season tour in Washington DC.
However one snap of security men - accompanied by the comment "The security needs beefing up here at the White House....!!" - was mysteriously deleted from his page.
Ferdinand, who boasts 1.3 million followers, commented: "Whoa....some1 has got into my phone + taken down my pics off twitter....this is deep...is jack Bauer in Washington?!"
In a further reference to the spy-themed TV drama 24, which stars Kiefer Sutherland as agent Jack Bauer, Ferdinand then tweeted: "My pic of the security was #removed quick, rapido, sharpish, fast....they don't play here in DC...I feel like I'm on 24 right now #baffled"

US-Based Firm in Nigeria To Crash Second-Hand Car Prices
The Vice-President of the firm, Mr. Dan Oscarson, told journalists on Thursday in Lagos that the firm would provide buyers the opportunity to import vehicles at exceptional prices.
According to Oscarson, buyers can also import dent cars and repair them when necessary in Nigeria, where the cost of labour and repair is low.
Oscarson said that from the firm's evaluation of the second-hand car market in Nigeria, cars were overpriced as some dealers made over 50 per cent of the cost price as profit.
"With growing demand for affordable transportation around the world, the opportunity to profit from buying and repairing damaged vehicles has become relevant," he said.
He said that the firm provided live and live-online auctions that would enable buyers get exceptional returns in their choice. He added, "American standards specification (American spec) cars are very desirable in West African markets because of their special features. Our company sells salvage vehicles via live and live-online auction at over 155 locations across the United States.

FIRE OUTBREAK AT PLANET ONE LAGOS
The fire reportedly started 4am. Upon finding out, resident guards at hotel began attempting to combat the fire with extinguishers but found it hard as the fire had grown of control. A guard who would rather remain anonymous says that it wasn’t until the fire services came in at about 7am that they successfully put the fire out.
The roof was badly damaged and could not be salvaged as large fumes of smoke was seen oozing from through it.
Security was quite strict and wouldn’t let our reporters gain access into the compound. A fire truck is still seen parked in the building.
Female rapper B.O.U.Q.U.I was said to have hosted her open mic night gig called ‘D’Attic’ a day before and finished at around 10PM, security at the building say she left the building at around 11PM.the rapper said she had no idea of the incident. ‘Yes, I hosted my gig there but I have no idea a fire incident happened there, I’ll have to speak with someone and get back to you’, were B.O.U.Q.U.I’s words.
The cause of the fire outbreak is still unknown

What’s the level of appreciation of your first single, Kele Kele love ?
It’s great, definitely the appreciation went farther than I expected. Although the album hasn’t in many countries, it’s now in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa. It’s awesome, I’ve also done shows in Uganda, Malaysia, Kenya and it has really set me on the move
Why did you think your song wouldn’t go that far?
Because it was my first song and more over, a kind of test run for me. I wasn’t really expecting that much. I wasn’t that popular when I released the song but today it has brought me the biggest popularity in Africa.

Sources says more inmates might be infected and pointed out that there was no anti-retroviral drugs for such patients in the prison.
Addressing the court in the case involving Chinaenye Onyeneho, who is suffering from a terminal disease, the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Chief Soronnadi Njoku, urged the court to order that the inmate be transferred to the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri, for treatment.
“If the accused is left in the prison, there is the likelihood that he will infect other inmates. If he is also allowed to go home, his immediate family may not have the financial ability to take adequate care of his medical bills. The balance of justice is that he should be treated by the federal government,” Njoku pleaded.
But how is this dreaded disease spreading within the prison walls....I am not getting the clear picture here,are the wardens sleeping with the prisoners or the prisoners sleeping with each other...

DADDY SHOWKEY PAID A VISIT BY ARMED ROBBERS
Sources says the robbers arrived the Bola Street, Victory Estate home of Showkey at about 1.30pm, on a motor bike otherwise known as okada, and gained entrance through the main gate when Showkey’s first son, Raymond Asiemo, who went on an errand, was about entering the house.
On arrival they were said to have asked the 14-year old Raymond for the owner of the house, at gun point and the boy told them that the house is an uncompleted building and that some people are working inside the building.
Source said Raymond went inside the building to inform Wale and one other person who were doing some renovation work inside the main building.
As soon as the two men who thought that the gunmen were policemen arrived, one of them fired a shot that hit Wale on the right arm and they fled on realizing that Showkey’s security guard, who had scaled the fence, raised an alarm to attract neighbours.
The injured Wale was rushed to Royan Hospital, Ojodu and he was later referred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, (LASUTH) Ikeja, where he died. Showkey, who was not at home when the incident happened, confirmed the report.
“I don’t know their mission but my concern is, why did they kill Wale? It is terrible, I am sad. I can’t say anything for now,” he reacted.
The case was later reported at the Ojodu Police Divisional Headquarters, Grammar School, Bus Stop, Ojudu, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.
